Given that the floor base will be the foundation of your timber floors, it is important to consider what work should be done to the floor base and whether any protective barrier or underlay should be installed. Our services include the following:
- sanding concrete
- leveling uneven concrete slabs
- installing and sanding chipboard underlays
- application of moisture barriers
- installation of acoustic (sound deadening) barriers
- repair and removal of existing underlays or floor bases (e.g. tiles, vinyl, carpets)
